Refund Policy
VastuVida — A Brand of Acharya Deepak Gruvir | Effective Date: May 2026
All payments made on the VastuVida Website for Vastu consultancy, Vedic Astrology, Astro-Vastu, Prakriti consultancy services, or any Remedies/Products sold and fulfilled by VastuVida certified consultants are non-refundable. This includes payments made for consultations, whether the consultation is taken by the client or canceled.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
Once the payment is made, the client is entitled to receive the services from the assigned VastuVida certified consultant to the best of their knowledge and expertise. No refunds will be issued after payment is processed under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If the client cancels the consultation after making the payment, no refund will be provided. However, if the client wishes to reschedule the consultation, they can do so by contacting VastuVida support at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the consultation.
3. Consultant Cancellations
VastuVida reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, consultant unavailability, or any form of misbehaviour from the client's end. In such cases, a reschedule will be offered.
4. Dissatisfaction & Feedback
If the client is not satisfied with the services provided, they can provide feedback and express their concerns by writing to info@deepakgruvir.com. VastuVida will make every effort to address the client's concerns and resolve the issue. However, no monetary refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Physical Products & Remedies
For physical Vastu remedies and products purchased through the VastuVida shop, once shipped, no returns or refunds are accepted unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, photographic proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to info@deepakgruvir.com.
